You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By completing a purchase you confirm this. We reserve the right to request age verification and cancel orders where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

All products subject to availability. Prices include VAT where required by law. Order confirmation email is not a binding contract until we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Payments are processed by Viva Payments S.A., licensed by the Bank of Greece under EU PSD2. We do not store card details. Accepted methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer. All transactions are encrypted via TLS in a PCI-DSS Level 1 environment. By completing payment you also agree to Viva Pay's terms at vivawallet.com.

We deliver within the Czech Republic and selected EU countries. Delivery times shown at checkout are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Czech Civil Code §1829, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Exceptions: opened, used, or perishable products.

Contact info@biohacker-shop.eu to initiate a return. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods, via the original payment method.

Products are sold as supplements or wellness aids and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Prague. For out-of-court resolution: Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) or the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
